I’ve never had Yaiyia tell me I shouldn’t do something before. No, really. She is like the instigator of all of my wildest ideas. My craziest dreams. She never really tried to stop me from doing what I wanted, but just wanted to make sure I was safe.
She never outright said:
“Teddie, don’t go and do that.”
But, when I asked her about the gate, that’s exactly what she did.
Like...what?
What is this Gate thing?
