Yaiyia is always there for me

I don't know what I'd do without her, really. She's my rock, and she's the one I tell everything. Today, it just is hitting hard. Vaso is out on recon while my parents go out and I'm working to find some information on a new invasive spore creature seen in the area, it terrorized some middle schoolers out late the other night.  ​I was sitting at the table, lost in thought, and Yaiyia joined me. 

She always knows when something is wrong, so she asked and I answered with the truth.

Sometimes, I like these quiet moments, and right now I'm going to enjoy it.
